\n\t\t\t\t\t\tIt was love at first sight for that old and historic Carob tree. A triumphant tree in a forgotten piece of land. It grows slowly, vigorously, and somewhat smilingly, with its evergreen leaves. It's a bit like the grandfather of all of us, old and wise, transmitting security with its longevity, which has allowed it to witness many things. And then it chose to stay right here, in this land that has so much to tell and pass on to the small heirs of the territory. A tree under which we have always imagined stories, workshops, observations, tales, and peace could take place. These are the Carob Tree Stories. And we are: Fabio, a skilled artisan, environmentalist, and a sportsman with golden hands; Debora, a tenacious animal lover, long involved in volunteering, and little Jacopo, a source of inspiration and a desire for renewal. Yes, it was his birth that marked the new beginning of our story. We left our old jobs, made a decisive turn in our lives, and created the first Carob Tree story: our own. \n\t\t\t\t\t\tWe are in the heart of Puglia, in Poggio delle Antiche Ville, in the Brenca district of Mola di Bari (BA). Our base, a straw and wood house, was built by recycling and repurposing materials, but most importantly, with the most organic material of all: love! And today, surrounded by greenery, among olive and cherry trees, live two donkeys, a mule, two miniature pigs, a kid, chickens, a rooster, dogs and cats, and rabbits. The ingredients on which we base our dream are: respect for Mother Nature, love for animals, the disadvantaged, children, the disabled, adolescents, and the territory that hosts us. We are planning a zero-impact, eco-friendly, and sustainable place in support of organic farming and biodiversity protection. This is crucial to ensure the highest quality and safety in the activities we carry out.\n\nIn our team, the experienced veterinarian takes care of the well-being and health of the animals, ensuring they are in optimal condition to participate in the interventions. The animal co-therapist is the faithful companion of these extraordinary creatures, ensuring their comfort and well-being during the sessions.\n\nThe intervention coordinator is the linchpin that brings together the diverse skills and directs them toward predefined goals. They work closely with the Project Manager, defining strategies and methods of action. In this context, Dr. Zeudi Ammoscato, a psychologist and psychotherapist, plays an essential role. Her deep understanding of the human mind and her ability to establish meaningful connections are fundamental to the success of the interventions.\n\nThe methodologies adopted are the result of thoughtful decisions made by our team in agreement with the clients. To become a Center for Animal-Assisted Interventions (AAI).\n\nWe firmly believe in the importance of every animal we call a \"farm resident.\" Each creature, as well as the natural environment that surrounds them, is a special mediator in a recreational context. Together, they create an atmosphere of well-being that soothes souls and opens the doors to personal growth.\n\nHere, in this enchanted space, people discover a deep connection with themselves. Contact with the animals promotes self-awareness, boosts self-esteem, and nurtures relational skills. Every step within the farm is a discovery, an opportunity for growth, a path to rediscover the beauty of life.\n\nOur team is a treasure trove of experience. We are experts in both Animal-Assisted Interventions with donkeys and with dogs. We have spent decades honing our skills, studying the psychology and ethology of the animals involved. This meticulous approach allows us to create tailored programs, suitable for the needs of anyone seeking a special connection with animals and themselves.\n\nEvery day, in our farm world, we create stories of transformation.
