This fortress overlooks the bay opposite <strong>Fu&#8217;ao Port<\/strong> and was once an important <strong>military stronghold<\/strong> in Matsu, designated as <strong>Stronghold 01<\/strong>. Walking through the winding tunnels and stepping into this former military stronghold transports you back to the era of military confrontation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shengli Fort<\/strong> has retained its original facilities, including the <strong>machine gun fort<\/strong>, <strong>soldier dormitories<\/strong>, <strong>ammunition depots<\/strong>, and <strong>command posts<\/strong>.
